Overview

This module is designed to help all finance team members—whether in a dedicated Finance Business Partner (FBP) role or supporting other departments—partner effectively across the business. You’ll explore the ten key roles of an FBP, from building trusted relationships and providing insightful data to influencing strategy and driving performance. Through expert-led videos, podcasts, and real-world examples, you’ll develop the skills and mindset needed to bridge departments, solve problems, and create value. By the end of the module, you’ll be equipped with proven techniques to strengthen your impact, enhance collaboration, and be recognised as a vital contributor to your organisation’s success.
